Position Highlights:

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday-Friday

Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay Rate: $42.06 - $46.22/hourly

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a permanent basis. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their highest potential in communication and daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Provide direct therapy services to patients across age groups, depending on setting (pediatric, adult, geriatric).

Document all services provided accurately, maintaining compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.

Participate in team meetings, staff training, and continuing education.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current and valid SLP License.

CCC-SLP from ASHA.

Recent clinical experience (minimum 1 year).

Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Travel & Local Considerations:

Candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.
