Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, specializing in configuration and integration development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing PolicyCenter solutions to support business requirements within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Guidewire Developer

Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter

Expertise in Gosu, PCF, Guidewire Studio, and data model configuration

Solid experience with integration development (SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, plugins)

Good understanding of P&C insurance processes and Policy lifecycle

Experience with relational databases (Oracle / SQL Server)

Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, and Guidewire Studio

Implement PolicyCenter configuration including product model, rules, workflows, and UI components

Develop and maintain integrations using Guidewire web services (SOAP/REST), messaging, and plugins

Work with external systems such as billing, claims, underwriting, and third-party vendors

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Guidewire applications

Support upgrades, enhancements, and production issues related to PolicyCenter

Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and coding standards
