Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 2:00 PM 9:00 PM

Saturday, Sunday: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM

BrightStar Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one home care services for a client in New Albany, OH. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule and clinical support in a home care setting. Responsibilities include skilled nursing care with G-tube and tracheostomy support. Prior experience is preferred.

This role is well-suited for nurses seeking stable hours and the opportunity to provide individualized care in a structured home environment.

Job Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in the clients home

Perform G-tube and tracheostomy care per plan of care

Accurately document care and patient status

Communicate with family members and clinical leadership

Follow established care plans and safety protocols

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environmentRequired Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license in good standing

Current CPR certification

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Recent TB test or chest X-ray

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Clear and effective verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications

Experience with G-tube or tracheostomy care

Pediatric or home care experience

Willingness to learn additional clinical skills as neededCompensation and Benefits
