Location: Marysville, OH

Schedule

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Position Summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one

private duty nursing care for a long-term adult client in Marysville, OH. This position

offers consistent scheduled shifts and clinical support in a home care setting.

Client Information

Adult client with quadriplegia

Tracheostomy and ventilator support

Uses power wheelchair, hospital bed, and Hoyer lift

Oral medication administration

Pet present in the home

Job Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care, including tracheostomy and ventilator care

Assist with transfers using appropriate equipment

Support activities of daily living as needed

Monitor, document, and report patient status

Maintain a safe and organized care environment

Communicate with family members and clinical team

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license in good standing

Trach and ventilator experience preferred; training available

Current CPR certification

Recent TB test or chest X-ray

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Dependable and professional work ethic
