The agency is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide assessments and medical care for clients.

Part Time Ambulatory Detox Nurse

PT Every other Saturday and Sunday 7p-7a Detox Nurse

PRN (must be available for 4 open shifts per month including weekends and holidays)- Detox Center/ Health Services

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assesses client’s medical issues, using good clinical judgment, and coordinates and facilitates the client’s use of most appropriate higher level of care facility to meet his/her needs, as the situation warrants. Completes case management note and interagency referral as required.

Implements standing orders and coordinates with physician as needed.

Input all medical information and documentation in Agency software/computer program according to agency standards.

Demonstrates knowledge, proficiency, and flexibility in performing nursing duties in all programs throughout the agency.

Qualified candidates must have a current GA Nursing license.
