What You’ll Do
Candidate & Interview Operations
Own end-to-end interview scheduling, aligning candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels and manage reschedules and conflicts with urgency and professionalism.
Maintain real-time status in the ATS (e.g., stage changes, notes, tags) to ensure data integrity, visibility, and on-time reporting.
Draft and send candidate communications (updates, expectations, logistics, directions to office, next steps) in a consistent, brand-right voice.
Coordinate online candidate assessments and ensure completion.
Recruiter Administrative Support
Partner with recruiters on requisition administration, pipeline organization, etc.
Create and maintain trackers, interview day rosters, and weekly progress snapshots to keep teams aligned.
Support offer logistics (collect documents, verify details, coordinate background check initiation with HR) while handing off to HR for onboarding.
Systems, Compliance & Quality
Keep the ATS immaculate: accurate stages, disposition reasons, source coding (direct, referral, agency), and compliance notes.
Partner with HR on document collection and data checks to support compliant, consistent records across ATS/HRIS.
Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting runbooks, updating templates, and proposing workflow optimizations.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, executive scheduling, or similar operations role.
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) and professional presence with candidates, hiring managers, and agency partners.
Proven experience with calendar management and planning across multiple stakeholders.
Strong Excel skills for trackers and light reporting.
Detail orientation with a bias for action: you notice errors, you flag them & fix them and prevent recurrence with better checklists/templates.
Comfort in high-growth environments—managing priorities, following checklists, and meeting SLAs without sacrificing quality.
Familiarity with India hiring norms, documentation practices, etc.
