What You Can Expect:

Perform effective conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Manage access control at security entrances/exits.

Conduct regular patrols on the client’s premises, in all weather conditions and diverse terrains.

Engage frequently with client employees and guests.

Identify and report safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activities.

Create detailed written reports.

Collaborate within a team to ensure daily goals are met.

Execute specific tasks and duties as required at the assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High School Diploma, GED, or the ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

Strong proficiency in computer and technology skills.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR/AED/First Aid certification (training will be provided).

Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus!

Ability to interact professionally and calmly with a diverse range of individuals.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay alert throughout the shift.

Capability to respond to emergencies with sound judgment.

All candidates must participate in the pre-employment screening process, which includes a drug screen and background investigation.
