Description:

Selling Branch Manager Responsibilities Include:

*Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments and building relationships.

*Preparing proposal bids and presentations.

*Participating in networking events and organizations.

*Providing the highest level of customer service with open communication and anticipating the needs of our clients.

*Develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy

*Communicate and coordinate all aspects of branch operations

*Hire, train and develop a qualified staff according to company guidelines

*Coach and counsel associates on behavioral and performance issues

*Manage a staff of recruiters and administrative coordinators

*Establishes weekly, monthly and annual goals.

*Ability to drive revenue, hold true to budget and motivate the team to achieve goals

*Maintaining cost controls by managing staff overtime, non-billable hours and other office costs.

*Acts as recruiter when required, recruits, selects, interviews field staff employees

*Communicates and coordinates the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance (worker’s compensation, unemployment, human resources, legal, etc.)
