Job description*:

#Key Responsibilities:

1. QA Strategy & Leadership

- Define and implement QA strategy for UKG WFM Pro projects.

- Lead and mentor QA team members across multiple testing phases.

- Ensure alignment of QA processes with project timelines and client expectations.

2. Test Planning & Execution

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

- Utilize tools like Test Assure, JIRA, and Selenium for test management and automation.

3. UKG WFM Validation

- Validate configurations and workflows in UKG WFM Pro modules.

- Conduct end-to-end testing of integrations with payroll, HRIS, and other systems.

- Use UKG tools such as Dataviews, Reports, and Data Hub for validation.

4. Defect Management

- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.

- Collaborate with development and configuration teams for resolution.

- Ensure defects are prioritized and resolved within SLA.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client teams.

- Participate in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs, and status meetings.

- Provide QA status reports and metrics to stakeholders.

6. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain detailed documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.

- Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific QA standards.

- Support audit and validation processes as required.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

- 7–10 years in QA roles, with at least 5 years in UKG/Kronos WFM projects.

- Experience in leading QA teams and managing client-facing testing engagements.

#Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of UKG WFM Pro modules and configurations.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with UKG reporting tools and data validation techniques.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
