Location: Hilliard, OH
Schedule: Different shifts available
Pay Rates:
• 1st Shift: $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: $18.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $18.50/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Packers to join a manufacturing production team in Hilliard. This role is responsible for inspecting and packaging plastic food products while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect products to ensure they meet visual quality specifications
Pack finished plastic products according to order requirements
Count and verify the correct quantity per box
Assemble boxes and prepare them for shipment
Communicate with machine operators and supervisors regarding product quality or machine conditions
Repack products when necessary to maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete required production documentation
Assist team members and provide coverage for breaks or lunches as needed
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork
Additional Information:
Different shifts available.
Pay Details: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour
