Main responsibilities and expectations:
You will work in the ophthalmology paediatric department and collaborate also with the paediatric clinic, the department of habilitation, radiology and neurology.
There are on call duties for these positions: during daytime, evening and weekends, but no night duties.
What’s expected of you:
Specialist physician in ophthalmology.
A few years of experience in paediatric ophthalmology is desirable.
Strabismus surgery skills are also seen as extremely positive.
To have good theoretical knowledge in paediatric ophthalmology, and at least the basic required in specialist skills.
A willingness to develop and an interest in the field is essential, and being active in research is an advantage.
To be responsible and meticulous, and well aware of objectives and quality standards.
To be flexible and solution-oriented.
To have a B driving license and IT skills.
Salary and Conditions:
Employed as a medical assistant with a salary of 5100 EUR/month with a general temporary employment contract as a form of employment for six months as the language is developed and the introduction takes
place at the workplace.
After receiving the Swedish identification, the salary is set as a specialist doctor according to the agreement.
