Location : PUNE, HYDERABAD - ( Hybrid )

Total Yrs. of Experience : 6+ Years

️ Duration: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days

Job description*:

a. Production Support

· Handle day-to-day issues related to iStore and Configurator

· Perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and ensure successful resolution

b. Stakeholder Coordination

· Partner with external users (distributors) and OMCS to identify and resolve issues

· Work closely with BUIT, UI/UX, OM, Pricing, Config and Admin teams for cross-functional alignment

c. Reporting & Documentation

· Provide daily or bi-weekly updates on ongoing and resolved issues

· Maintain RCAs, issue logs, and knowledge base documentation

d. Enhancements & Testing

· Support minor enhancements, configuration updates, and UAT activities

· Validate functionality and system behavior prior to deployments

. Oracle iStore and Oracle Configurator

Strong Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional background

• Hands-on experience in:

o Order Management (OM)

o Pricing & Advanced Pricing

o Inventory

o BOM

• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Java, JSP, debugging, and Oracle diagnostic tools

• Good understanding of EBS integrations, APIs, and custom extensions

• The requirement is for Oracle iStore, Oracle Configurator, etc
