We are currently searching for an experienced Assistant General Manager for our beautiful Estero location. Our ideal Assistant General Manager will have full-service, community restaurant experience. Our menu features scratch-made dishes with fresh ingredients. Our Assistant General Manager should have knowledge of both Front of House and Back of House operations and will have a great deal of guest interaction.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and organizing day-to-day operations of the full-service, resort restaurant

Oversee both the FOH and BOH staff

Assist in achieving revenue and financial goals

Hire and schedule to achieve labor goals and related expenses

Ordering and Inventory Management aligned with COGS

Responsible for team development and performance evaluationsRequirements:

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

3-5 years of Assistant General Manager experience in a full-service, resort or community style restaurant

Outgoing and engaging personality that drives customer service

Excellent leadership ability and style that builds and motivates the team

Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written

Consistent and effective presence in the Front of the House to oversee service and flow.
