Salary: $120k-$150k depending on experience

What Youll Do

As our Financial Controller, youll be a key leader who provides financial accuracy, forecasting, and strategic insightwhile modeling the accountability, resourcefulness, and humility that define our culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving high-level forecasting and strategy to help shape decisions that move the company forward.

Leading cost accounting efforts in a manufacturing job-shop environment.

Overseeing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and month-end close with accuracy and timeliness to ensure dependable cash flow.

Managing full compliance with federal, state, and local taxing agencies.

Partnering with leadership to guide budgeting, capital planning, and long-term financial direction.

What Youll Bring

Were looking for a financial professional with the aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a fast-paced and growing manufacturing environment.

The skills needed:

Deep knowledge of cost accounting.

A strong track record in forecasting and strategic planning.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, effectiveness, proactivity, and collaboration.

High proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, including advanced reporting and modeling.

Expert-level experience with state and local tax filings.

Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

Compensation package includes:

80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. Accrue 8 additional hours of PTO for each year of service (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year at 10 years)
