Content & Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Innsbruck, Austria

Professionals Full-Time 38.5h Permanent

Create clear, user friendly copy for UX/UI, support content and other communication materials.

Coordinate and continuously improve translation workflows and processes, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners

Manage and maintain product content and translations, while contributing to the development of our overall communication strategy

Support and actively participate in UX/UI testing to help enhance the user experience

Provide second level support to internal teams, ensuring high-quality and consistent content

Bachelor ́s degree or higher (University, FH) in communication, linguistics or information-related fields

Comfortable working in technical environments, with hands on experience using tools and establishing new workflows

Experience with content and translation management systems, as well as writing for digital products (UX or technical writing is a plus)

Excellent German and English communication skills (both written and spoken) xjliken with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities

Methodical, detail-oriented approach to content and process management

Minimum Salary

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
