Naveera Technology LLC is a growing IT services company expanding its operations in Madurai. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Admin Executive to support our office administration and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily petty cash management and maintain accurate records.
Manage billing, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups.
Visit banks for cash deposit and withdrawal activities.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange office equipment and infrastructure for new IT office setup.
Collect and compare quotations from multiple shops/vendors for office purchases.
Visit PF office and other government offices when required for documentation and compliance.
Perform data entry and maintain administrative records properly.
Welcome clients in formal attire and arrange hospitality and meeting coordination.
Support general office administration and coordination activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Arts Graduate (Mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in administration or office support roles.
Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Willingness to travel locally within Madurai for official work.
Presentable personality with professional behavior.
Responsible, organized, and trustworthy.
