Jeevan Ayurveda is a growing Ayurvedic healthcare organization dedicated to providing authentic, medicine-based, and result-oriented Ayurvedic treatments. The clinic specializes in treating conditions such as piles, arthritis, PCOD, infertility, digestive disorders, and skin diseases through personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle Patient Calls
Receive and manage incoming patient inquiries.
Explain clinic services and treatment options clearly.
Guide patients about consultation procedures.
2. Lead Conversion
Contact leads generated from social media, ads, and website inquiries.
Convince and guide patients to book consultations.
Maintain a professional and polite communication style.
3. Follow-ups
Take regular follow-ups with existing patients regarding their treatment progress.
Remind patients about appointments and consultations.
4. Data Management
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and patient details.
Update lead status and follow-up records regularly.
5. Patient Coordination
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient management.
Ensure patient satisfaction through proper communication.
Eligibility Requirements
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare sector preferred
Skills Required
Strong communication and convincing ability
Patient handling and counseling skills
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management
Friendly and professional attitude
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 12,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience)
