Mechanical Engineer

Leading multi\-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for their Columbus team span span span>

Responsibilities span span span span span>

<\/span p>

Perform all aspects of design for HVAC for Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education or Laboratory projects<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

Provide advanced heating\/cooling load calculations with Trace\/HAP<\/span span span span span>

<\/li>

Identify sequences of operations for AHU's, CHW and HW systems<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

Develop sections\/elevations of complex duct work and piping areas, equipment room sizes during SD and DD phases and air and water flows<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

Edit specifications<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

Assist with completing RFIâ s for a project and review submittals<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

Deliver appropriate documentation using proper scope for SD, DD and CD level documents <\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

Meet with contractors during bid phase to review design details<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li> <\/ul>

<\/span span span>

<\/span p>

Requirements span span span span span>

<\/span p>

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

8+ years of mechanical design experience<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

PE License<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li>

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time<\/span span span span span>

<\/span li> <\/ul>

<\/p>

Salary is commensurate with experience span span span>
