Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Picking/Packing Associate for a client in Chandler, AZ. If you are looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Position Details:

- Location: Chandler, AZ

- Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick aerospace parts and materials based on work orders.

- Pack items securely to ensure safe shipment.

- Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.

- Use an RF scanner to track inventory and update system records (preferred).

- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous warehouse picking/packing experience preferred.

- RF scanner experience is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.

- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
