As a Technology Support Agent, you will be the friendly face that customers turn to for support and solutions regarding their devices and technology needs. In our Best Buy store, you will receive all the training and resources necessary to excel in assisting customers with basic inquiries and collaborating with your peers on more complex challenges. If you are the go-to person for tech advice among your family and friends, this is the perfect role for you!

What you'll do:

Deliver exceptional service to customers throughout their check-in and checkout experience.

Diagnose technology-related issues by actively engaging with customers, listening carefully, and asking insightful follow-up questions to provide clear solutions.

Assist customers in setting up new devices and offer guidance on whether it's best to repair or replace older equipment.

Oversee service queues and keep customers updated with precise status reports.

Enhance your skills and knowledge through our certified training programs.

Foster clear communication and collaborate effectively with fellow agents.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 months experience in retail or customer service.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

A genuine passion for technology and a keen interest in troubleshooting.
