Job description*:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceMax Functional Consultant with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceMax Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of ServiceMax modules, strong functional expertise, and proven experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

#Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

Engage with business users to understand field service processes and translate them into functional requirements.

Conduct workshops to gather, analyse, and document requirements (BRD/FSD).

Design scalable and efficient ServiceMax solutions aligned with business goals.

Create process flows, use cases, configuration documents, and solution blueprints.

2. ServiceMax Configuration & Functional Expertise

Hands-on configuration across key ServiceMax modules:

Work Orders, Work Types

Entitlements, Installed Base

Preventive Maintenance (PM Plans)

Parts & Inventory

Dispatch Console

Service Contracts

Mobile Field Service App

Configure workflows, validation rules, layouts, and business rules.

Manage ServiceMax Data Model and field-level customizations.

3. Integration & Technical Coordination

Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams for:

Apex, Trigger, Flow-based enhancements

Integrations with ERP/CRM systems

ServiceMax–Salesforce platform alignment

Support middleware/API teams with functional clarifications.
