As part of our Manufacturing & Operations practice, this role is crucial in leading digital transformation initiatives across our clients' manufacturing and operations lifecycle. You will work on exciting projects focused on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Develop Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and ensure their seamless integration with ERP systems.

Document and validate MES configurations and EBRs meticulously.

Collaborate closely with business leaders and users to assess their needs and create impactful solutions.

Oversee and guide medium-small teams through complex MES system implementations globally.

Engage actively with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.

Mentor team members effectively while managing assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS) in a Life Sciences manufacturing environment.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years). An Associate's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience is also acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with FDA and GMP guidelines.

Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes.

Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A collaborative mindset and ability to facilitate engaging meetings.

Travel Requirements:

This position may require travel ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
