Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the fulfillment process for all incoming orders, ensuring seamless execution.
Quickly and effectively address any issues related to sales orders.
Efficiently process approved Credit and Debit requests.
Handle Change Orders as needed.
Act as the primary contact for audits, providing necessary documentation.
Collaborate closely with the Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to improve service quality.
Respond promptly to customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
Train new team members on updated processes.
Provide backup support for colleagues when necessary.
Assist with the entry of Global Business group orders as needed.
Test SAP order changes in alignment with IT and Quality standards.
Monitor team communication channels to guarantee timely responses.
Perform any other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with SAP SD and Salesforce.com functionalities.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the following physical capabilities:
Ability to sit for 75-100% of the work time.
Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers, including typing, for up to 100% of work time.
Ability to stand, talk, and hear for a considerable portion of the work period.
Ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds occasionally.
Travel:
Occasional travel (up to 25%) may be required based on business needs.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: $20.40 - $28.08 (dependent on experience).
