THE OPPORTUNITY

As Chipotle continues to expand, opening a new restaurant every two days, we are looking for exceptional leaders like you! In this role, you will oversee several restaurant locations, collaborating with restaurant managers to ensure efficient operations. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

A positive and enthusiastic demeanor

Strong business acumen (experience in P&L management, food safety, staffing, and sales forecasting)

A commitment to nurturing a culture of food safety

A passion for team development and leadership

An unwavering focus on guest experience

The ability to train and validate key operational practices

A willingness to support team members as needed

Previous experience overseeing multiple restaurant units

Fluency in the primary language(s) of the work location

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The estimated base pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $106,500.00, with the potential for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based on performance. Compensation varies depending on skills, experience, and education. Chipotle offers an attractive total rewards package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid leave, and more.
