Your Role: As a passionate consultant in this position, you will leverage enterprise architecture to drive transformative business and technology initiatives. Focused on delivering impactful results, you will oversee key Enterprise Architecture initiatives and develop collaborative solutions to challenges that our clients encounter. This role provides you the opportunity to deepen your architecture expertise and mentor talent within our Enterprise Architecture Community.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to define and implement enterprise architectures that deliver substantial business value.

Lead the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies and frameworks.

Evaluate existing technology portfolios to identify modernization opportunities that enhance strategic value.

Analyze the implications of business strategies on architecture landscapes, including organizational structures, information flows, and application integrations.

Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints and guidelines for complex IT environments.

Enhance your understanding of industry dynamics to propose impactful changes in enterprise architectures.

Oversee large-scale technology transformations that yield concrete business outcomes.

Leverage a global network to enrich your insights and influence the technology landscape.

Advance your knowledge in architecture practices, assets, frameworks, and governance models.

As a Manager, you will:

Lead teams on significant projects, ensuring timely deliverables while mentoring team members.

Contribute to thought leadership and innovative market insights.

Build lasting relationships with senior clients, fostering trust and collaboration with a focus on engaging with C-suite executives.

Participate in the creation and delivery of strategic enterprise architecture proposals.

Engage with partners in our strategic ecosystem.

Enhance your skills and support the growth of peers and junior team members.

Be open to travel as needed, up to 80%.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.

At least 4 years in developing strategic roadmaps and business cases.

Two or more years in technology/architecture consulting at a recognized firm.

Proven experience leading teams and generating architecture-related recommendations.

Strong knowledge of common architecture challenges and effective solutions.

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

Business Architecture, Data and Information Architecture, and Governance.

Enterprise Architecture Strategies and Planning.

Cloud and Infrastructure Architecture.

Integration and Security Architecture.

Solution and Application Architecture.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and platforms.

Bonus Skills:

Advanced degrees such as an MBA.

Subject matter expertise in Enterprise Architecture components.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience with the design and implementation of emerging technologies.
