Skilled Construction Carpenter/Remodel Technician

Job Description

The Position: Small residential remodeling contractor company looking to add a full-time crew member. We are looking for a full-time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience (tiling, flooring, carpenter, painter, plumbing). The more skills you have the more we can offer you in compensation.

Who We Are: We are a small family owned, self-operated company that specializes in residential interior renovations. The following various services are offered to our clients, painting, flooring installation, complete remodel projects, bathroom updates, tile work, various handyman services and kitchen renovations. Our company is currently quite small; however, we are looking to expand and grow upon the formulation of skilled functional crew/teams.

Requirements:

Remodeling Experience

Reliable and Hardworking

Valid SC Driver's License

Ability to execute precise directions and work cooperatively with others.

Excellent Communication Skills

Strong Work Ethic

Reliable Transportation to job sites (usually within Spartanburg Co).

Professional Appearance and Demeanor.

Ability to pass random drug testing.

Good Overall Working knowledge of all Trades (from carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling to light plumbing and electrical).

Salary Range: This is a full-time position with competitive hourly wage starting at $22 on up to $28 (based on experience/knowledge/ability of candidate).
