Client in the nonprofit sector is seeking a Receptionist to assist with visitor reception, administrative support, scheduling conference rooms, and coordinating front desk operations in a busy community-focused office. Salary is $40-$41k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST:
The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer questions, and route guests to the appropriate staff or department
The Receptionist will manage conference room calendars and coordinate meeting space scheduling
Provide administrative support including paperwork, file management, and general office tasks
Direct inquiries, accept deliveries, and sign for incoming packages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE RECEPTIONIST
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with Office 365, especially Outlook scheduling and email management
Experience supporting a nonprofit or community-focused organization is a plus
Salary is $40-$41k, DOE
Full-Time
