We’re looking for a Trainer who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll be a key part of our training department—supporting new hires, keeping training organized and compliant, and assisting with classes both in person and virtually. What You’ll Do
Training & Onboarding Support
Assist with and eventually conduct training classes (in person & virtual)
Support new hires through onboarding and required trainings
Help improve training sessions using feedback and evaluations
Troubleshoot online training platform issues for employees
Engage learners and create a welcoming training experience
Administrative & Customer Service Support
Coordinate training dates, locations, instructors, and materials
Create and maintain a monthly training calendar
Schedule, confirm, and remind staff of required trainings
Enter and maintain accurate training and certification records
Answer training phone lines and respond to training emails
Process certification requests and distribute certificates/cards
Run training reports and track compliance requirements
Collect missing documentation from employees as needed
Compliance Support
Monitor training compliance for field and internal staff
Communicate with employees regarding training requirements
Partner with recruiters and internal teams when compliance issues arise
General Office & Team Support
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Track and order training supplies (CPR kits, PPE, Red Cross materials, etc.)
Assist with special projects as needed

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable personality
Tech-comfortable and able to troubleshoot basic online training issues
Willingness to learn and grow into training facilitation
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience & Requirements
2 years post-high school education or equivalent experience (customer service, admin, HR, training, caregiving, or office support)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
Occasional evenings, weekends, and local travel for trainings
Compensation details: 19-21 Hourly Wage
