Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development using React JS and modern front-end build tooling. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with solid full-stack exposure and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React JS.

Build responsive and accessible user interfaces following ADA compliance standards.

Develop and integrate Redux for state management across applications.

Collaborate with backend teams on Java-based services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Work with modern front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of Front-End Web Development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:

React JS

JavaScript (ES6+)

HTML5 & CSS3

Redux

Solid experience in Java Full Stack development, with strong front-end focus.

Experience working with front-end build tooling and modern web development practices.

Knowledge of ADA accessibility standards and building compliant UI components.

Familiarity with Rich Internet Application (RIA) frameworks.

Experience with CI/CD tools and automated build/deployment pipelines.

Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
