Seeking a senior-level Software Developer 2 to perform advanced programming, design, and implementation of web-based applications. This role requires strong experience in .NET technologies, front-end and back-end development, API automation, and Agile delivery environments.

The ideal candidate will work independently with limited supervision and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing application solutions.Primary Responsibilities

Perform advanced (senior-level) programming, research, design, and implementation of web-based applications

Design and develop front-end and back-end solutions using:

HTML / HTML5

ASP.NET (Blazor) / C#

JavaScript

CSS

Write, test, debug, evaluate, and document complex client/server and web-based applications

Develop applications using C# (.NET), MVC, and SQL Server

Perform research and analysis to enhance existing software solutions

Diagnose application issues and implement corrective solutions

Maintain applications to ensure they remain current and optimized

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project leadership, and stakeholders to validate requirements

Recommend improvements and identify risks within application development processes

Work independently using sound judgment, creativity, and initiative

Bachelor’s degree or higherMinimum Required Qualifications

7+ years experience in highly complex (senior-level) software development and web programming

7+ years experience with API and web service automation using C# .NET framework, MVC, and SQL Server

7+ years experience designing and developing web-based and Windows-based applications using:

.NET technologies

HTML / HTML5

ASP.NET (Blazor) / C#

JavaScript

SQL

CSS

5+ years experience using Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps

5+ years experience working in Agile-based development environments

1+ year experience working with the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS)Preferred Qualifications

1+ year experience working with the Orchard application
