Compensation:

$28 - $32 hourlyResponsibilities:

Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Lead and supervise a tree care crew performing pruning, preservation, and removal work

Provide hands-on training, feedback, and mentorship to crew members

Ensure work quality meets company standards and arboricultural best practices

Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadershipQualifications:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with a team

Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship

3+ years of professional tree care experience, including crew leadership

ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if needed

Demonstrated leadership experience in a field-based environmentAbout Company
