What Success Looks Like

After 6 months

You have a strong understanding of each property's positioning and contribute to meeting occupancy and tour-to-lease conversion targets. You deliver a distinctive tour experience and, in collaboration with marketing, have implemented creative initiatives tailored to the Montréal market.

After 12 months

You maintain a sustained pace of lease signings and consistently reduce vacancy periods. You are recognized as an internal reference in leasing marketing and contribute to a constant pipeline of qualified prospects. Job requirements
