About the Role
Our Lexington, MA hotel is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager / Hotel Operations Manager to lead Guest Services and elevate the overall guest experience. This full-time hospitality management role blends operational oversight with daily front-of-house leadership.
This position is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys mentoring staff, managing budgets and being present on the floor.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead daily Front Desk operations at a 70-room property
-Supervise, coach and schedule Guest Service Agents and Night Auditors
-Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and service excellence
-Handle complex guest service situations and complaint resolution
-Monitor payroll and labor costs
-Manage Front Desk budgets and daily accounting tasks
-Maintain accurate guest billing and PMS system updates
What We’re Looking For:
-3–7 years of experience in hotel operations or guest services management
-Strong team leadership and training experience
-Knowledge of hotel accounting procedures and labor management
-Experience working with hotel management software systems
-High School Diploma or GED preferred
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
