The IT Desktop Tech - Level I will support users with Desktop issues, printers and connectivity.
The will support users by phone troubleshooting issues and might be asked to go to different building or departments to help fix more complex issues.
The ideal candidate will be courteous, patient and knowledgeable regarding all IT issues.
Hours" 9 to 5pm - 5 days a week
Onsite - Main Hospital
Minimum 1 year experience
Excellent communications skills
