1. Min 10 years of experience

2. Ownership & lead mindset

3. Analysis Skill

4. Should be able to review technical design

5. Basic Java & SQL knowledge - nice to have

6. Azure knowledge - Nice to have

7. Framework : Sprint Boot, Sprint Data, JPA/Hibernate -nice to have

8. Experience with REST API implementation

9. GIT/Maven - nice to have

10. TMF knowledge

11. OSS knowledge

12. Functional Understanding of Telco Fulfillment journey
