Job Purpose Facilitates job-matching between trainees and employers.

Maintains placement records, organizes job fairs, and follows up on employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of job placement and employment linkage activities in coordination with the project team.

Maintain a database of trained beneficiaries, local employers, and job opportunities relevant to project sectors.

Conduct outreach to private sector actors, local businesses, and institutions to identify potential employment and internship opportunities.

Match beneficiaries with suitable job opportunities based on skills, qualifications, and preferences.

Assist in organizing job fairs, employer roundtables, and career guidance sessions.

Collect, update, and maintain employment outcome data, including placements, retention, and success stories.

Support the development of job profiles and maintain regular communication with employers to monitor satisfaction and performance of placed candidates.

Provide administrative and logistical support to job placement activities, meetings, and events.

Prepare regular reports, summaries, and documentation related to employment and placement activities.

Ensure gender balance, inclusion, and equal opportunity in all job placement initiatives.

Perform all other tasks and duties per needs and project activities.

Respect and apply all the PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action.

Note: the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones.

Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience) Essential: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in job placement, livelihoods, or vocational training programs (preferably in the NGO). Good understanding of local labor market trends and private sector dynamics.

Strong networking, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain accurate databases and prepare analytical reports.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to supporting vulnerable groups.

Language skills: Fluency in reading, writing in Arabic.

Commitment to humanitarian relief standards, abilities, and personal Skills Desirable: Fluency in reading, writing in English as a seconed language.
