Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the organization’s buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment operate reliably.

To manage all maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) activities (tank storage, jetty, production, etc.) including facilities maintenance such a manner that maximum effectiveness is obtained,

Ensure all preventive maintenance for key machines and associated auxiliaries are carried out as scheduled.

To plan and arrange required tools, equipment, human resources, and spares to maintain the plant efficiently.

To provide weekly & monthly reports and collect data for performance monitoring of equipment and record keeping.

Provide fast response to breakdowns without compromising work quality and safety at all times.

To coordinate and manage all supervisors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely.

Provide inputs for year-end budgeting and machine enhancement/upgrading.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.

At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Technical & practical knowledge knowledge: rotating equipment, static equipment, high pressure pumps, vibration analysis, maintenance management system.
