Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips

This dynamic role combines two key responsibilities: serving as a welcoming host in our Welcome Dome and providing top-tier dining service in our Dining Dome. As a GEC, you'll thrive in a dual-role environment, where your hospitality skills will shine in both front-facing guest interactions and dining service excellence.

Schedule:

Day shift

Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries

Coordinate guest services and ensure guest satisfaction

Manage reservations and bookings

Provide information about the resort facilities and services

Offer Food and Beverage options

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Assist in the Dining Dome with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience

Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Build strong knowledge of resort amenities, policies and local partners

Requirements:

Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations

Strong guest relations and customer service skills

Knowledge of hospitality industry standards

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to commute

Ability to relocate before starting work

Work Location: In person
