Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry within GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Manpower/Recruitment Agency in the UAE and must be currently available in the UAE for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Oil & Gas and Construction projects across GCC..

Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases for candidate sourcing..

Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or Construction sector (GCC preferred).

Prior experience in a UAE-based manpower/recruitment agency is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of GCC hiring practices and project-based recruitment.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be currently residing in the UAE.

Visa Status: Employment Visa / Spouse Visa / Valid Resident Visa.

Available for immediate joining.
