Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue, brand visibility, and business growth. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with external organizations, negotiating partnership agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution and long-term value.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with partners across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Development
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with company goals. Develop and refine partnership strategies across key verticals, industries, or markets. Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess fit.
Relationship Building & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, agencies, and key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Manage partnership pipelines, track progress, and maintain a CRM or deal-tracking system.
Negotiation & Contracting
Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, scopes, deliverables, timelines, and value exchange. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and leadership teams to finalize contracts. Ensure all agreements align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Partnership Execution & Project Management
Oversee the launch and activation of partnership initiatives. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Design. Ensure partners receive necessary assets, support, and performance updates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track partner performance metrics and report on KPIs such as engagement, revenue impact, and brand exposure. Analyze campaign outcomes and provide insights on optimization or renewals. Present reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact
Work with internal teams to integrate partnerships into broader company initiatives, marketing campaigns, or product launches. Translate partner needs into internal action plans. Support inbound partnership inquiries and evaluate viability.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 – 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or strategic alliances.
Proven ability to cultivate relationships and manage cross-functional projects.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience working with external stakeholders or agencies.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred experience in tech, SaaS, lifestyle, consumer brands, entertainment, or nonprofit partnerships (customizable).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience with contract negotiation and partnership ROI analysis.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance metrics.
