Manufacturing Associate Process Technician-NS

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Process Technician-NS with a biotechnology company. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity located in New Albany, OH.

Responsibilities:

Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Move totes, perform large scale solution prep batching, clean equipment, steam equipment, and prep equipment

Ensure components and products are available for a continuous operation

Use human machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify alarms and correct line stoppages

Use computer systems to support training, communication, and electronic batch record documentation

Safely follow standardized operating procedures including material handling, record keeping, assembly and packaging

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Report any discrepancies to a Team Leader or Production Supervisor to ensure quality standards and safety of operations are maintained

Assist fellow staff on the manufacturing processes, equipment, and general needs

Available to support operations in non-standard shifts that include weekends and/or holidays as determined by business needs Requirements:

High school/GED with 1+ year of work or military experience, or an Associate degree

Biotech DS manufacturing experience

Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system

Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Basic computer knowledge

Must be reliable, flexible, and comfortable with repetitive tasks Desired skills:

Experience with GMP

Experience with Electric Batch Records

Understanding of DeltaV and LIMS Pay range: up to $23.35 per hour
