Network Engineer - Voice

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Network Engineer – Voice.

We need someone to assist in supporting and enhancing enterprise voice networking infrastructure across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Support enterprise voice network including PBX systems and VoIP technologies

Perform move/add/change of stations, voicemail, fax, and call tree configurations

Support construction and renovation voice projects

Configure and maintain Cisco voice systems

Implement dial plans and contact center configurations

Troubleshoot circuits, gateways, and connectivity issues

Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

Develop project documentation per PMO standards

Essentials:

3–5 years of voice networking experience

Strong knowledge of Cisco voice environments

Strong understanding of VoIP (H.323, SIP) and TDM

Experience with gateways, session border controllers, and voicemail systems

Connectivity troubleshooting skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Desired:

Linux administration experience

Contact center configuration experience

Experience supporting large enterprise voice environments
