Property Manager (Experienced)
An established property management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations, client communication, and property oversight. We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented professional seeking a long-term career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with owners, tenants, and vendors in a professional and timely manner
Resolve issues efficiently and follow through to completion
Walk properties and show units to prospective tenants or clients
Use property management software to manage tasks, records, and updates
Coordinate with maintenance and vendors as needed
Collaborate with internal office staff to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements (Must-Have)
Minimum 2+ years of property management experience (required)
Experience using Yardi and other property management software
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Outgoing demeanor with strong phone etiquette
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
