Your role in our success:

This position is responsible for overseeing all applicable pipeline Integrity related items including developing and maintaining standard operating procedures or best practices for construction or maintenance activities; administering the Integrity Management plans for Distribution and Transmission pipelines including performing

applicable risk analysis; overseeing Operational Manuals for all pipeline units; and overseeing regulatory pipeline activities, such as in-line inspections, direct assessments and high consequence area analysis, by tracking the annual requirements and providing any necessary documentation.

What you'll be working on:

Oversee and maintain Integrity Management Plans (Transmission and Distribution). This will include performing applicable risk analysis, evaluating leak data, reviewing High Consequence Areas and Medium Consequence Areas as well as working with applicable SMEs to identify risk to natural gas systems and developing annual training for each Business Unit

Develop, review and maintain company standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices and approved material lists in accordance with all applicable pipeline regulations from state agencies and PHMSA for natural gas construction and maintenance activities for transmission, distribution and gathering

Work with other departments, including Field Operations, Operations Compliance, GIS or Business Development, as required to support operational compliance by fulfilling data requests, developing drawings or procedures or by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Act as liaison with external resources performing or overseeing integrity-related work, including any operational manual or procedure work or any work associated with regulatory requirements for the pipelines such as in-line inspections, direct assessments and High consequence area assessments, by leading status update meetings, reviewing procedures or updates or by providing any field support as needed (field support includes attending pre-construction meetings to review plans, updating plans or procedures if needed or reviewing alternate materials if needed)

Oversee setup and implementation of PODS data. Work closely with the GIS team to ensure integrity of the data being stored in PODS, set up reporting functions, perform reviews, maintenance and updates on a monthly basis, and provide reports to key stakeholders as requested.

Oversee and assist as needed on all integrity items including in-line inspections, direct assessments and High Consequence Area analysis. Functions will include securing permits as needed, developing applicable plans and procedures, working with any outside resources or the Field Operations group as needed, tracking annual requirements and ensuring all applicable data is collected and available.

Represents the Company at regulatory, trade and related organization meetings Who you are:

Bachelor’s Degree required in technical field, engineering preferred

3+ years Natural Gas related integrity or engineering experience

Valid Driver’s License

Proficient in general business principles including Microsoft Office Suite

Strong leadership skills, including listening and speaking with all levels of employees and contractors

Ability to review engineering plans and understand permit requirements.

Ability to review and approve budgets and schedules

Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues and to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints.

Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others on a short-term basis.

Ability to make decisions which have impact on both the work unit and department.

Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.

Ability to complete routine forms and conduct routine verbal communication.

Ability to compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports and to verbally communicate technical information.

Ability to communicate with customers utilizing the telephone.

Ability to make informal presentations, inside and/or outside the organization. Speaking before groups.
