We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in operating various machinery and tools. Such as Loaders and Bobcats. This role is crucial in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Duties

Operate Loaders

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements for production.

Utilize precision measuring instruments to maintain quality standards.

Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to prevent downtime.

Collaborate with team members in a warehouse setting to facilitate the movement of materials.

Utilize SolidWorks for design modifications and improvements as needed.

Demonstrate proficiency in welding techniques when required for assembly or repair tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Must know how to drive different type of loaders

Experience operating forklifts safely within a warehouse environment.

Familiarity with tooling processes and techniques relevant to manufacturing.

Previous experience in machining processes is highly desirable.

Knowledge of SolidWorks for design applications is a plus.

Welding skills are advantageous for various production tasks.
