Location: Roanoke, IL

Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 1st shift ONLY

Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

What You'll Do:

As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a vital role in building our innovative accessibility products. Using various tools and detailed work instructions, you'll ensure every part is assembled with care and precision.

Key responsibilities include:

Assembling elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs

Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

Performing visual quality checks to ensure product integrity

Troubleshooting assembly issues to improve efficiency

Operating special tooling and lifting devices as needed

Moving completed assemblies to shipping without damage

Communicating with teammates and supporting other shifts

Keeping your workspace clean and organized

Participating in training and cross-training as needed

What We're Looking For:

Prior assembly experience

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools

Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions

High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills

Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures

High School Diploma or GED required
