Lead Full-Stack JavaScript Developer

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

Deliver innovative, high-quality solutions designed for a seamless, cross-browser remote support experience without barriers

Drive technical initiatives and take on leadership roles within the team to drive critical projects forward

Design, build and maintain performant and reliable UI components and single-page applications by collaborating closely with designers and product managers to define project specifications and scope

Build well-crafted software, ensure code quality through unit and integration tests and conduct code reviews

Take complete ownership of features and epics, working alongside a highly talented team to bring ideas to fruition

Requirements

5+ years of background in a similar role working in the software industry

Deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem

Expertise in building maintainable single-page applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular

Experience in designing and developing backend API microservices using Node.js

Skills in automated unit and integration testing and continuous integration

Willingness to learn and try new technologies and software development methodologies

Engineering mindset with a self-starter attitude and a detail-oriented approach

B2+ English level proficiency
