SAP ABAP Developer with Java

As a Developer specializing in ABAP and Java, you will be a key player in our project, responsible for the seamless development and maintenance of our client's products. Your role will involve translating business requirements into technical solutions, participating in the design and implementation of new functionalities, and troubleshooting technical issues. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our client's systems.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

Undertake ABAP and Java development tasks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions

Conduct system testing and assist with quality assurance activities

Contribute to the documentation of processes and procedures

Maintain and enhance existing SAP systems through regular updates and patches

Requirements

Strong experience in SAP ABAP development

Proficiency in Java programming

Knowledge of SAP modules and integration concepts

Understanding of DevOps principles and experience in related tools

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
