Razor is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in various modules and services.
We are seeking experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
***This position is located at our client site in Baltimore, MD.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
. Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
. Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
. Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
. Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Bachelor's and 8 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree . 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer . Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
. Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly . Experience with the US Federal Government . Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

. 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR . 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
. Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
. 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
. 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.) . 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g.
Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) . 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: . Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following: o Certified System Administrator (baseline) o Certified Application Developer (baseline) CIS – Customer Service Management o CIS – IT Service Management o CIS – Discovery o CIS – Service Mapping o CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management o CIS – Application Portfolio Management o CIS – Software Asset Management o CIS – Hardware Asset Management . Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java . Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow . Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols . Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals . Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP . Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR . Project Management or Agile certification . ITILv4 Foundations Certification .
