Qualified Staffing is hiring dependable, detail-oriented team members for a growing manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. We have immediate openings in Digital Printing, Embroidery, Sewing, Heat Press (Serigraphy), and Warehouse Operations.

Available Positions:

Digital Print Operator

Operate wide-format digital printers to produce custom orders. Responsibilities include printer setup, file processing, color matching, quality monitoring, equipment maintenance, and meeting daily production goals.

Embroidery Machine Operator

Operate industrial embroidery machines to create detailed designs on apparel and gear. Duties include thread selection, machine adjustments, stitch monitoring, trimming threads, and quality inspections.

Sewing Machine Operator

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish apparel and gear products. Responsibilities include stitching according to specifications, inspecting seams, trimming threads, pressing finished items, and performing routine machine maintenance. Cross-training in inspection and cutting areas available.

Heat Press Operator (Serigraphy)

Operate and maintain heat press equipment to apply transfers to apparel items. Responsibilities include machine setup, monitoring heat and pressure settings, measuring placement accurately (to the nearest 1/8”), inspecting for alignment and defects, maintaining clean equipment, and tracking production output.

Warehouse Associate

Perform order picking and packing, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. Operate pallet jacks or forklifts, maintain organized storage areas, and support shipping deadlines. Cross-training available across departments.

Key Responsibilities Across Roles:

Operate and maintain production or warehouse equipment

Monitor product quality and ensure accuracy

Perform detailed inspections and color matching when required

Read and interpret measurements accurately

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Cross-train in additional departments as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Manufacturing, sewing, embroidery, printing, heat press, or warehouse experience preferred

Ability to learn production systems and equipment

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability a plus

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Ability to distinguish between colors and shades

Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic

Flexible availability for overtime or weekend work as needed

Physical Requirements:

Standing or sitting for extended periods depending on role

Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motion

Lifting up to 40–50 lbs as needed

Manual dexterity and fine motor skills

Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment with equipment noise

Strong visual focus for detailed inspection and measurement accuracy
